1. Presentación
ARTECHMEDIA specialises in organising other activities, Meetings, Forums and European and International Conferences related to the arts, innovation and digital culture. The aim of these meetings is to reflect from a cross-disciplinary perspective on the changes that have occurred in contemporary society in various sectors, but especially in art, culture, science, innovation and technology and their cross-cutting relationships.
Following these debates, a number of proposals have been developed to influence and drive the development of the Society and Economy of Knowledge. These activities have involved 500 speakers from all over the world and the sponsorship and collaboration of more than 70 national and international institutions and organisations.
The main aim of these meetings is to create an international organisation GLOBAL NET SOCIETY INSTITUTE a not for profit global network based on a strategic, stable alliance between innovative sectors of art+culture+education+science+technology. The Scientific Committee is formed by more than 100 Honorary Members, representatives of the main sectors of global society.
ARTECHMEDIA in collaboration with GLOBAL NET SOCIETY INSTITUTE is directing and coordinating the International Conference, “GLOBAL NET SOCIETY: innovative Mindset and Creative Ecosystems”.

3. Conference Model
The call for this Conference is designed to analyse and propose new collaborations between the creative, scientific and technology sectors in response to the expectations and synergies generated among speakers, sponsors and collaborators of conferences and meetings organised by ARTECHMEDIA
The title of this International Conference, “GLOBAL NET SOCIETY: Innovative Mindsets and Creative Ecosystems” takes into account some of the fundamental aspects that predominate current political, economic and social situation in Spain, Europe and the World.
* Face-to-Face and Online Conference. As well as public sessions, the conference will develop a web presence and offer virtual activities in order to encourage public engagement.
* A meeting point and way to raise awareness at a social, institutional, artistic, scientific and business level, of the challenges and opportunities arising from the digital age offered by ICT to all of society, of the much needed innovative change in all areas of knowledge and the economy that will define the future of Spain, Europe and the world
* Space for disseminating and presenting crosscutting ideas and projects related to art, science and technological innovation.
* Directed at those responsible for formulating and developing policy in culture, science, innovation and technology, especially in Spain and the EU, as well as to organisations related to these sectors, as well as scientists, educators, artists, entrepreneurs, students, young people and the general public.
* A total of 40 speakers are expected, including institutional and business representatives from innovation sectors throughout the world. The round tables will be cross disciplinary.
* Presentation of papers and best practices.
* Debates will be public and attendance will be free.
4. Objetives
a. PRESENTATION OF PROPOSALS
* Global collaborative network of entrepreneurs, institutions, corporations in art+culture+education+science+innovation+technology sectors.
* Studies, reports and proposals related to the theme of the conference, developed by members of the Scientific Committee of the GLOBAL NET SOCIETY INSTITUTE
* Talks selected for presentation at the Conference.
b. GENERATING KNOWLEDGE AND ECOSYSTEMS
* Knowledge, confidence and opportunities to develop large scale cross-cutting projects between creative, scientific and technological sectors with repercussions in the knowledge economy. Socially sustainable, they should in some way help to resolve the crisis and its consequences on the economy and employment.
* Ecosystems should favour the flowering of ideas and projects with a positive impact on society and the economy of knowledge.
c. ENCOURAGE INNOVATIVE VOCATIONS AND CREATIVE MINDSETS
* To encourage, especially among young people, vocations and a creative mind set for innovation in science and technology, and help build the ecosystems for their development.
* The spirit of collaboration between innovative, creative, scientific and technological sectors.
* The innovative creative mindset in all sectors of society. Coordination of cultural, scientific and technological policy.
* Development of cultural, scientific and technologically innovative infrastructures, contents and networks and creating an interest among the public in these sectors.
* Cultural, social and innovative cooperation through specific spaces and networks for reflection and collaboration on a European and International level for the dissemination of Innovation, Science, Creativity and Digital Culture.
* Formation of new audiences.
d.COLLABORATE
* With universities, science, technology and cultural centres, creators, technological innovation businesses, institutions, other networks, individuals and groups in order to facilitate research, exchange of information and the co-production of projects.
e.CONSOLIDATE
* Space for reflection and collaboration at a European and international level.
f. DISSEMINATE
* Dissemination of cross-cutting knowledge, especially in sectors that are culturally innovative in art+science+technology through all means available, especially through social networking.
5. Talks, roundtables and working groups
Conscious of the complexity of articulating and developing common strategies among the different culturally innovative sectors that could contribute to the development of new economic, cultural and scientific ecosystems in the current crisis, the Conference is developing initiatives aimed at raising awareness among institutional and business representatives of the set of values, tendencies and customs that help to promote knowledge-based change, whose result will generate social and economic value as well as the competitive advantage offered by implementing an innovation culture within organisations.
At the same time, the conference will help to renew formats in order to create new means of interaction among culturally innovative sectors and attract new audiences that are more useful, attractive, closer and more effective in terms of the aims of developing the strategic alliance of art + culture + education + science + technology.
The conference offers:

6. Invited sectors and institutions

- General public and specialists with special consideration for the new generation of digitally literate young people.
7. Scientific Committee
The speakers and coordinators of the roundtables at the conference are individuals with some renown in the creative, cultural, scientific and technological sectors, principally members of the Scientific Committee of the GLOBAL NET SOCIETY INSTITUTE There will also be representatives from Institutions and corporate representatives from Spain, European Union and international
The Scientific Committee is responsible for designing the thematic content of the conference. This Committee is constituted from relevant Spanish, European and international figures from different sectors.
8. Collaborators
The organisation of the conference by ARTECHMEDIA and GLOBAL NET SOCIETY INSTITUTE contributes a significant number of collaborators from culturally innovative sectors that participate actively in both organisations.
This collaboration will ensure the maximum dissemination for the conference proposals.
9. Audience
Given its objectives, dissemination and participation, the target audience for the action proposed are citizens from across the 27 countries of the European Union and beyond with particular emphasis on the challenges faced by Spanish society and its youth, contributing resources and knowledge for developing vocations in culturally innovative areas.
In particular:
- Specialised audience, university students, young professionals and the general public.
- Cultural, scientific institutions and organisations, universities, technology businesses, centres of research development and innovation.
- Social innovators, creators, scientists and technologists.
- Representatives from the media, networks and virtual communities.
- Other emerging sectors related to creativity, culture, education, science, innovation, technology, etc.

10. Presentation of ARTECHMEDIA & GLOBAL NET SOCIETY INSTITUTE

* Develop proposals and Strategic Plans that will drive and improve the relationship between different culturally innovative sectors in order to create the best conditions for the integral development of humanity.
* Drive the stable Alliance between the sectors of Art, Culture, Science, Innovation Technology, Business and Institutions for the development of the Knowledge Society and the creation of intelligent creative ecosystems.
* To construct the GLOBAL NET SOCIETY INSTITUTE a not for profit organisation which counts on the participation of individuals and representatives of culturally innovative sectors: institutional, business and social from throughout the world.

11. Presentation of GLOBAL NET SOCIETY INSTITUTE
GLOBAL NET SOCIETY INSTITUTE is a global, not for profit, organisation in network, based on and promoted by individuals, institutions, and organizations from culturally creative and innovative sectors within the Basque Country, Spain, Europe and throughout the world.
The Honorary Members of the Institute’s Scientific Committee, made up of more than 100 individuals, have a clear commitment to use their knowledge and resources to contribute and build capacity for creative, cultural, scientific and technological innovation from all society.
Vision
To become the principal engine for developing the Online Society in the 21st Century, one that is democratic, cross-cutting, creative, participative, united and inclusive, within the Basque Country, Europe and the world, by encouraging creative mindsets and innovative ecosystems with a positive impact on culture through creativity, science and technology, education, learning and employment.
Mission
To build capacity in our societies for creative, cultural, scientific, technological innovation through the articulation of mechanisms that promote their effective participation in a transparent government, committed and responsible with the aims of finding new, robust solutions to the great challenges set before us. They should go beyond the current economic crisis, focusing on such issues as universal access to education and health, the eradication of poverty, energy resources, climate change, future of information and communication, the digital gap and the development of a global net society within a setting of peace and collaboration… As such, all appropriate actions will be taken in order to ensure the achievement of these goals.
The Institute develops its work aimed at simplifying, organising, ordering and disseminating knowledge and designing the architecture for the new Society Network. Creativity united to innovation culture can and should be the driver, the social reference of this change.
Objetives
The social objective tackles all those questions that are considered necessary for the development of society and the economy of knowledge, global and network, cross-cutting, innovative, inclusive and socially responsible for the integral development of the individual.
In particular:
- To drive the global, strategic and stable alliance between creative, cultural, educational, science, innovation and technology sectors.
- Reflection. Forum of Future. To analyse the most innovative tendencies of the digital society in the 21st century that manifest themselves in all sectors of human endeavour.
- Development of studies and reports on best practice in the principal economies of the world and emerging countries (BRICS).
- Evaluation. Monitoring of the amount of projects and recommendations developed by the Institute.
- I+D+i+Creativity. Drive for the development of projects that relate innovative creativity with science and technology.
- Integral training of individuals based on the implementation of educational programmes, research, creativity, cross-cutting and participative; organisation of workshops, networking, and any other action that stimulates knowledge, the eco-sustainable economy, the development of cross-cutting and collaborative projects, and employment.
- Collaborate with institutions and organizations within Europe and International for the development of its objectives.
- Promote cross-disciplinary knowledge art+culture+education+science+innovation+technology through social networks and the organisation and direction of Meetings, Conferences, Presentations and all those actions that are considered to be consistent with the objectives of the Institute.
