The need and opportunity to create the Institute that we are proposing has been debated within the conferences and meetings organised by ARTECHMEDIA, which were attended by the most important Spanish and European institutions and organizations in the field. These conferences and meetings were sponsored and collaborated with 70 organisations and institutions from Spain, Europe and across the world.
