A tale of subjectivity and the condition of the individual within the city. This is immersed in an urban space that is a mirror of himself. The play is presented as an extension of subjectivity and alienation simultaneously. This secrecy is broken with a random appearance just by changing the world's perception of the protagonist.

The video “El chico chips y la ultratecnología” has two aspects: reality and fiction. One is the dark and bright reality of a boy from a lower class of the city of Buenos Aires; and the other is the world of art, a place that already does not occupy the function of other times. It is an unaffected, hygienic and aseptic place. Meanwhile, the “chico chips” shows us a dirty, organic and alive place penetrated by the remainder of the culture of waste.

Arriving to this point, I am prepared to devise a video that possess a complex realization, with studied settings, where the fact of planning so much seems to be absurd for such a short message. But, what if the message itself hides a deceit and says more than what it seems?

The video that I am presenting is part of a project with the title: Basado en Hechos Reales (based on a true story), which consists of the realization of different trailers made only with images of different extraordinary television news, which I have been capturing and archiving in recent years, reinventing their emissions and re-constructing with a cute & paste. A few facts that could be so certain or fictional like the presented ones in the same news.

In the conventional format of cinema, we hope that a knife sounds like a knife in the films: fiction is overtaken by its reality. [əәˈnʌ.əә], a mute-sound film, based on a script written especially for Foley, deconstructs the cinematographic tricks and fictional elements of the film, at the same time that different meta-narratives emerge and run by its own strength.

A tour through architectural spaces where the olfactory qualities of space and its walls are evoked from the emergence of decontextualized objects, unusual occurrences and heavy elements. Two figures are sought between corridors, chambers and gardens in a static pursuit, along which space will undressing revealing fragments and their wounds in a display that exceeds the look and transcends the senses.
